Applied Nutrition Hydration+ Stick Packs contain the Hydration+ electrolyte and vitamin powder in handy single-serve 8 g sticks. Each stick provides sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium, vitamin C and six B vitamins, plus coconut water powder, taurine, Aquamin® sea minerals and Irish sea moss extract. Directions

Mix 1 stick with 200–500 ml of room-temperature water and stir well. Max. 1 stick a day. Do not use if the sachet is torn. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
