Description

Applied Nutrition Clear Whey Protein uses hydrolysed whey protein isolate to make a light, clear, fruit-juice-style drink instead of a milky shake. Each 25 g scoop provides 21.3 g of protein (with approx. 4.9 g BCAAs) and 90 kcal, with about 1 g of carbohydrate and less than 0.25 g of sugar and fat. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified. Flavours include Cherry & Apple, Strawberry & Raspberry, Orange Squash, Pineapple, Strawberry & Lime, Watermelon and Slush Puppie® Cherry Chill.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 400 ml of ice-cold water, shake well and leave to stand for 1 minute before drinking. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
