Description

Applied Nutrition CLA Gold 1000 provides conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) from safflower oil in vegetarian softgels. CLA is a group of isomers of the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid that occurs naturally in small amounts in meat and dairy fat from ruminants. Each 1000 mg softgel contains safflower oil with 80% CLA. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified.

Per 2 softgels: CLA-rich safflower oil 2000 mg, of which conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) 1600 mg.

Ingredients: conjugated linoleic acid 80% (from safflower oil), vegetable softgel shell (modified starch/carrageenan), vegetable glycerin, purified water.

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels 1–3 times a day with meals (max. 6 softgels / 4.8 g CLA a day). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
