Description

Allnutrition ZINC Forte contains zinc as zinc lactate in large tablets of 60 mg each; the recommended daily dose is a quarter tablet (15 mg of zinc), making the pack very economical.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails, to normal cognitive function and to normal fertility and reproduction.

Ingredients

Per tablet: zinc 60 mg (600% NRV); per daily dose (¼ tablet): zinc 15 mg (150% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc lactate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: ¼ tablet a day with water. Do not take a whole tablet – a whole tablet (60 mg) exceeds the safe upper intake level for zinc (25 mg/day).

For adults only. Do not exceed ¼ tablet a day. Long-term intake of high doses of zinc can cause copper deficiency.
