Description
Allnutrition Sodium Butyrate provides 500 mg of starch-granulated sodium butyrate per capsule, equivalent to 400 mg of butyric acid – a short-chain fatty acid naturally produced by gut bacteria from dietary fibre. It is registered as a food for special medical purposes, intended for the dietary management of intestinal disorders under medical supervision.

Ingredients
Per capsule: sodium butyrate 500 mg (butyric acid 400 mg); energy 17 kJ / 4 kcal; salt 0.2 g.
Ingredients: sodium butyrate (granulated with starch), capsule shell (gelatin), cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day during or after a meal with water, for 3 months or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 1 capsule a day.
Warnings
Food for special medical purposes – use under medical supervision. Incomplete food, not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, by people with swallowing difficulties or allergic to any ingredient. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
