Allnutrition Omega 3 Ultra Strong is a concentrated fish oil in softgels providing 750 mg of EPA and DHA per capsule (1500 mg in the daily serving of 2 capsules), with vitamin E.

Ingredients
Per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg, providing EPA 500 mg and DHA 250 mg; vitamin E 5 mg (42% NRV).
Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, water), vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol).
Allergens: fish. May contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, nuts, celery and crustaceans.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 capsules a day.
