Fitmeal - Curry

Per 100 g: energy 540 kJ / 129 kcal, fat 3.3 g, of which saturates 0.6 g, carbohydrate 18 g, of which sugars 2 g, fibre 0.8 g, protein 6.9 g, salt 0.5 g.

Ingredients: Parboiled rice 42%, chicken fillet 23% (chicken fillet, salt), water, apple juice concentrate, carrot 2.3%, rapeseed oil, coconut flesh extract (coconut extract, water), non-modified cornstarch, celery, parsnip 1%, condiments, soy sauce (soy, wheat), curry 0,6 %, salt, parsley 0.3%, celery, lemon juice concentrate.

Allergens: see ingredients in bold on the label (celery, soy, wheat where listed). May contain mustard, fish, milk, cereals containing gluten, celery, soy, nuts and peanuts.

Microwave: pierce or remove the film and heat at 850 W for about 2.5 minutes. Pan/pot: heat the contents for about 10 minutes, stirring. Water bath: place the sealed tray in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Store in the original packaging in a dry place at up to 25 °C. After opening, consume immediately. Not suitable for people allergic to any of the ingredients.
