Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin and to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Other ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: gelatin, colour: red iron oxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
